Payment & Shipping Policy

Payment Method

Prepaid Orders

* Customers may pay the full order amount in advance using the available payment methods.  
* Orders are processed and prepared for shipment once payment has been confirmed.  
* No additional fees apply to prepaid orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

* For customers who prefer Cash on Delivery, a 35% deposit of the total order value is required to confirm the order and begin processing.  
* The deposit is deducted from the total order value and is not considered an additional charge.  
* The remaining balance is paid upon delivery.  
* Order preparation and shipping begin once the deposit has been received and confirmed.  
* In the event of order cancellation after confirmation or refusal to receive the shipment, the deposit is non-refundable as it covers processing and shipping costs.

Shipping

* Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.  
* Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping provider about 1-5 business days.  
* Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.  
* During promotional periods, holidays, or high-demand seasons, order processing may require additional time.  
* Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and a valid contact number to avoid delivery delays.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges

* Return or exchange requests may be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order if the product arrives damaged or if an incorrect item was sent.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Refunds
